PROFILE
Kelby Beyer
I’m a Portland-based cartographer passionate about stories communicating science and people. I currently work at NV5 Geospatial. My work has won awards including the NACIS Undergraduate Student Scholarship and the University of Oregon Undergraduate Anthropology Paper of the Year Award. I have deep field and lab research experience, including a published scientific journal article. My dream job is to design science communication maps and graphics. My backgrounds in cartography, archaeology, and journalism prepare me for that work, and my drive to excel sets me apart.
